Dassault Falcon 10X
NewAircraft Details
The Dassault Falcon 10X represents a paradigm shift in business aviation, combining extraordinary range capability with the largest cabin in the industry. Dubbed the "Penthouse of the skies," this flagship $75 million ultra-long-range jet delivers 7,500 nautical miles (13,900 km) of nonstop range, connecting city pairs like New York to Shanghai, Los Angeles to Sydney, and Paris to Santiago without refueling.
The aircraft's cabin dimensions are unprecedented - larger than some regional jets with a width of 9 feet 1 inch, height of 6 feet 8 inches, and length of 53 feet 10 inches, creating a luxurious 2,780 cubic foot living space. Featuring 38 oversized windows, the cabin offers the lowest pressurization in the industry with a 3,000-foot cabin altitude at 41,000 feet, along with next-generation air filtration systems ensuring 100% pure air.
Powered by two advanced Rolls-Royce Pearl 10X engines, each delivering over 18,000 pounds of thrust, the Falcon 10X achieves a maximum speed of Mach 0.925 (983 km/h) while cruising at altitudes up to 51,000 feet. Despite this impressive performance, the engines are 5% more fuel-efficient than predecessors and compatible with 100% sustainable aviation fuels.
The revolutionary flight deck integrates Dassault's military fighter technology with a Digital Flight Control System featuring single-button recovery mode and Smart Throttle technology. The FalconEye Combined Vision System enables essentially zero-visibility operations, while comprehensive connectivity systems ensure passengers remain productive throughout their journey.
With an innovative carbon fiber wing design optimized for both high and low-speed performance, the Falcon 10X offers exceptional versatility including access to challenging airports. Currently under development with certification expected in 2027, the Falcon 10X establishes a new benchmark for ultra-long-range business aircraft, competing directly with the Bombardier Global 7500 and Gulfstream G700.
